Abbots Langley Transition Town Association  wants to face up to the challenges of peak oil and climate change.
We think that if the plan is going to work it needs to come from the community, businesses and groups.
We will not be offering technical advice but only basic information about the main options available to those who want to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.
A key message of transition is that we may well end up with something much better than we have currently and massively reduce our carbon footprint as a natural consequence of this process.
